To Jane & Michael Rivera,

Thank you for inviting us to prepare a proposal for the remodel of your home on Maple Avenue. We are honored by your trust and excited to help bring your vision to life with the craftsmanship and attention your family deserves.

This proposal covers a full kitchen renovation and a primary-bath refresh, including demolition, cabinetry, quartz countertops, custom tile, new fixtures, and all associated plumbing and electrical work. Every line item has been scoped to the drawings we reviewed together on March 28.

Let our family build your family's dreams.

We build our business on transparency, quality, and communication. You'll receive weekly progress updates, full receipts for every materials run, and a dedicated project lead who is one phone call away from start to final walkthrough.

We'd be delighted to answer any questions and meet on site to walk through the details. When you're ready, sign the final page of this proposal and we can break ground within two weeks of mutual acceptance.

With appreciation,

Gauntlet Construction, Inc.

Our Core Values

01

Family First

We treat every client like family, because that's how we were raised and how we run this business — with respect, patience, and a handshake you can trust.

02

Quality Craftsmanship

Every nail, tile, and finish reflects years of hands-on experience. We build it right the first time so your family enjoys it for decades to come.

03

Honest Communication

No runaround, no hidden fees. You get straight answers, itemized estimates, and a direct line to the people doing the work — start to finish.

04

On-Time Delivery

We set realistic timelines from day one and protect them. Your life doesn't pause for construction, and neither should our commitment to finishing on schedule.

05

Safety First

Rigorous OSHA-aligned jobsite standards protect our crews, your property, and most importantly your family while we work in and around your home.

06

Local Expertise

Roseville-born and raised. We know Northern California building codes, climate challenges, and permitting processes inside and out.

07

Transparent Pricing

Every estimate is fully itemized with no fine print to decode. You'll know exactly where every dollar goes before we ever break ground.

08

Lifetime Relationships

Our best work earns referrals. We stand behind every project long after the final walkthrough — because your next remodel should start with a phone call back to us.
